Quarter Acre is a trade name of Prompt Flow LLC. Service area at launch: 92064 (Poway) and 92128 (Rancho Bernardo). You authorize recurring card charges for the plan you select. You may cancel in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future visits after the current paid period.

Access: provide a working gate/latch or lockbox code on the post-checkout yard form. If we cannot enter safely, we document and may skip that visit. Dogs that prevent safe work should be inside.

Schedule: you buy recurring weekly (or twice-weekly / every-other-week) service, not a permanently fixed weekday or a customer-chosen appointment time. We notify you before each visit. The service day may move with the route.

Waste: after each visit we seal collected waste in bags and place those bags in the outdoor trash receptacle you designate (your household cart, or a shared dumpster only if you designated it and access is legal and safe). By buying service you authorize that placement. We do not routinely haul waste off the property. We never put waste in a storm drain, a neighbor’s can, or a City park can.

If the designated receptacle is missing, locked, full, inaccessible, or you do not permit us to use it, we still search the yard when we can do so safely, then we photograph the disposal problem, skip dumping, and message you. We do not hop fences or invent a separate haul-away plan. Standard service requires a usable designated outdoor receptacle. Repeated refusals or a permanently unusable can means we cannot complete standard service and may skip or cancel remaining visits.

Guarantee: missed waste reported within 24 hours is redone or credited. Gate checked, latched, and photographed every visit.

Chemicals: optional enzyme spray follows the product label. No medical or pathogen-kill claims.
