Quarter Acre collects the email, ZIP, dog count, service address, access notes, and billing details needed to run a route and charge via Stripe. Gate or lockbox codes are stored on the Stripe customer record for the owner only — they are not put in page URLs, ads, or public JSON. We do not sell lists. UTM parameters are stored on the Stripe customer so we can see which channel paid.

Stripe processes cards. We do not store raw card numbers. Gate photos are operational records.

Use the billing portal link on your receipt to request deletion of customer records we control (Stripe retention still applies to invoices).
