How a visit works

1. You buy online with ZIP 92064 or 92128. No call required.
2. We email or text before each visit. Your yard is serviced every week; the exact weekday can move with the route. We do not take appointment times.
3. We search the yard on a fixed pattern — fence lines, play set, turf patches, dog run — then a second pass.
4. Waste is sealed in bags and placed in the outdoor trash receptacle you designate.
5. Optional enzyme spray on turf/high-use spots if you added it.
6. Gate checked. Gate latched. Photo of the closed latch sent. You can cancel or pause in Stripe’s billing portal.

If the gate is locked, a dog is loose and unsafe, or the designated trash receptacle cannot be used, we document it and do not guess. Billing rules are in Terms.
