What a visit covers

• The common areas we agree on — turf, dog runs, walking paths, landscaping strips
• Every pet waste station emptied, wiped, and restocked. Bags included at every service level
• Sealed waste goes into the property’s own receptacles. Nothing is left at a kerb
• A timestamped photo report sent the same day, so a resident complaint has an answer

Three service levels

• Essential — once a week
• Plus — twice a week. The usual fit where there is a dog run or heavy turf use
• Priority — three times a week, plus first call between visits

Flat monthly price that does not change with the number of weeks in a month. Priced on the time the property actually takes plus the number of stations, so the quote follows a walk of the site rather than a guess. Commercial work starts at $250 a month.

Terms

• Month to month. Thirty days notice, no cancellation fee
• Miss something? Tell us within 24 hours and we return or credit the visit
• The same person on the property each visit, not a rotating crew
• Price held for the first twelve months
